A California poker player is going for blood right now against the well-regarded and highly reputable Full Tilt Poker Room. Full Tilt is a respected brand in the international industry and has a fairly flawless reputation in the industry. Lary Kennedy though believes that Full Tilt is using poker bots to defeat legitimate poker players on the site. And perhaps even more damning is the accusation that Full Tilt is operating out of the United States. There is no denying that Full Tilt accepts US gamblers, but online casinos are banned from the US market so there is a very good reason to hope that those accusations against the company are false.

If Full Tilt is actually basing some of its operations on US soil those involved in the operation could face some very serious jail time if the US Department of Justice is able to find and arrest the individuals involved. Just look to the BetonSports debacle for an example of just why it is not safe for the executives of foreign online casinos to step foot on US soil. Kennedy claims that Full Tilt and the poker pros associated with the Full Tilt brand are purposefully using the previous poker gambling scandals that rocked the online casino gambling industry as a guise for using poker bots and rejecting skilled poker players from the site under accusations that these players are using poker bots to win hands.

The one thing that Full Tilt doesn’t have going for it is the fact that the online casino poker gambling site is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The KGC has found itself in the spotlight a lot over the past several years because of questionable licensing practices and claims that the Commission is not closely monitoring licensed gambling companies.
